Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are very busy working on your website or developing your applications, you rarely have time to check what is happening with your server – whether it is under excessive load or whether all the processes are running just fine. With our Managed Services solution, we’ll take care of this on your behalf. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–built monitoring software system and in case there’s a trace of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest procedure in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your computer, alternatively deploy some third–party tool. We offer a far simpler alternative with our Managed Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be scared of losing important information. Last but not least we can restore a backup really quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost endless number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Managed Services package, which entitles you to ask any of our trained sysadmins to install any kind of software and to fix any trouble that you’re having with the virtual server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
